Directions:
Take one to three tablets daily with the main meal.

This supplement provides a carefully prepared combination of nutrients, all of which may play a part in maintaining the health and flexibility of joints. Herbs are specifically excluded from this formulation to guarantee its suitability for all users.

Glucosamine sulphate 500mg
Beta carotene 5mg
Vitamin E 34mg
Vitamin C 60mg
Zinc* 5mg
Copper* 0.25mg
Boron (as citrate, glycinate, 1mg
Aspartate)
Selenium* 12.5g

* As Amino Acid Chelate

Additional Ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium stearate. Glazing agent: Hydoxypropylmethylcellulose.

No known side-effects or contra-indications and is safe to take during pregnancy and breast feeding.

Not suitable for vegetarians due to the glucosamine being derived from oyster shell.

Free From: Hydrogenated fat; artificial preservatives, colours or flavours; added starch, sucrose, lactose or salt; yeast, wheat or gluten; peanut derivitives.
