Ingredients: Psyllium (Plantago ovata)(husk), 525mg;
Other Ingredients: Gelatin (capsule)
Directions: For adults and children over 6 years of age, use as a dietary supplement by taking 1-4 capsules one to three times a day. Always take with a full 8 oz. glass of water.
