Quest Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) offers1000mg of a CLA oil preparation which provides 800mg CLA in each capsule. CLA is a polyunsaturated fatty acid derived from safflower oil which may be used to maintain a healthy lean body to fat ratio when combined with a varied diet. Some studies have also shown that CLA may also help boost the immune system.
