2 tsp. Baldwins Elecampane Root, 2 tsp. Baldwins Organic Marshmallow Root, 2 tsp. Baldwins Wild Cherry Bark

Instructions:

1. Mix the Baldwins Elecampane Root, Organic Marshmallow Root, Thyme and Wild Cherry Bark and pour into a pan of simmering water.

2. Gently simmer for 20 minutes.

3. Strain the mixture and drink.
