Fushi Organic Cold-Pressed Hemp Seed Oil 100ml
Fushi Organic Cold-Pressed Hemp Seed Oil 100ml
English grown, organic, cold, fresh pressed Hemp seed oil
Fushi’s Hemp seed oil is one of the most nutritious oils with numerous health benefits and is renowned as one of nature's superfoods. It is also beneficial for the skin, as it helps to heal skin lesions, balance dry skin and fight skin inflammations. Hemp seed oil comes from the seeds of the hemp plant or Cannabis Sativa. However, it does not contain THC – the primary psychoactive compound in Marijuana. We can guarantee that our Hemp seed oil is 0.00% THC. Even children and babies can consume hemp without this ever being a risk.
Hemp seed oil is a great option for vegans and vegetarians, as it is a way of adding protein to their diet. Adding Hemp oil is a good way to increase your protein intake, and about 25% of the calories from Hemp oil is derived from protein. This oil is also considered to be a complete protein source, something that is very rare in the plant kingdom. Hemp seed oil offers all of the essential amino acids. One of the great things about our UK grown Hemp seed oil is it is a rich natural source of omega-3 which comes from a renewable, sustainable source instead of taking fish from the oceans.
Essential Fatty acids are extremely important for our diet, as well as externally for the skin. EFAs are needed for a healthy immune system, healthy cell structure, proper human growth, proper immune response, healthy hair, scalp and hair retention, healthy liver function, healthy reproductive function, healthy heart and circulation. Hemp seed oil is also one of the only oils that has sufficient levels of Gamma Linoleic Acid. The high fatty acid profile of omega 3 fats and GLA naturally balance inflammation levels and help to strengthen the immune system.
Fushi’s UK grown Hemp seed oil is made by the slow, cold pressing method. It is important to avoid any kind of oxidation during this process to protect the oils potency and ensure the freshness of the oil. The EFA’s in Hemp seed oil are prone to rancidity and producing a stable oil starts at the production (pressing) stage. We have ensured this oil has had minimal exposure to heat and oxygen through a processs which replaces the ‘air’ in the production environment with pure nitrogen. In addition to this we also ensure that the temperatures are in the range to cold press the oil. These two factors enable Fushi to create a high quality hemp seed oil.
Fushi’s Hemp seed oil is freshly made in small batches, sourced from premium English Hemp seed only.
PRESSED FROM FRESH Our oils are pressed from this season’s fresh harvest of seeds, nuts and kernels, to retain quality potency and efficacy.

Hemp seed oil for Internal use
The recommended dosage for Fushi's organic Hemp seed oil is 1-2 tablespoons daily.
Fushi’s Hemp seed oil can be taken straight by the tablespoon, or it can be made into a salad dressing, or mixed into smoothies, juices, oats or yogurt.
Cooking with Hemp seed oil
Fushi’s cold pressed Hemp seed oil has a clean, smooth and nutty taste. This makes the oil a joy to consume and easy to incorporate into everyday foods and cooking routines. Hemp oil has a low smoke point which means that it will smoke and change flavour with anything more than a small amount of heat. You can slightly warm hemp oil, but make sure it doesn’t get hot. Omega 3 is a very sensitive nutrient and it is important when cooking with Hemp oil to not cook at hot temperatures. The organic Hemp oil should be heated gently, like all unsaturated oils. You can definitely not deep fry with it, but it is perfect for salad dressing, drizzled on grains, rice, vegetables or salads, blended into dips like hummus, soups, or used in sauces such as pesto. Hemp oil can also be added to your morning smoothie, which will boost your nutrition with the healthy Essential Fatty acids and omegas.
External use for Hemp seed oil
Hemp seed oil for the skin
Massage into affected area daily. Hemp seed oil can be applied topically to the skin; the omega 3 content has an anti-inflammatory effect and seals in moisture. We recommend applying it just before bedtime to get smoother softer skin or add a teaspoon to a hot bath together with other essential oils.
Hemp seed oil also has external benefits for the skin and hair which can improve dry, flaky skin. Hemp oil penetrated the inner layers of the skin and promotes healthy cell growth, which encourages smooth skin.
Hemp oil can benefit certain skin conditions such as atopic dermatitis, eczema and other rashes. Eczema is a condition where the skin becomes inflamed and dry, and hemp seed oil has been known to improve these skin conditions.
Applying hemp seed oil can relieve dryness and itchiness, reducing the needs for medications. Hemp seed oil’s fatty acids are believed to affect immune responses in the body which helps promote healing.
Hemp seed oil is also low on the comedogenic scale, meaning it has a very low chance of blocking pores and causing or irritating acne. Hemp seed oil is similar to our skin’s own natural lipids.
