If you proceed through the site and create an order there is an option to either produce a sheet to fax or a letter to post. If you want to place the order by telephone, we suggest you print one of these and then call us with your credit card details.
You may cancel your order at any time before it’s despatched for a full refund by contacting us on 020 7703 5550. Refunds will be processed within 3 working days. If your order has already been despatched, please see our returns policy.
