Sesame Seed Oil has been used as a healing oil for thousands of years in India and is a very popular oil in the practise of Ayurveda, the ancient Indian health system.

Sesame seed oil is high in Vitamin E, B complex vitamins, and the minerals calcium, magnesium and phosphorous.

It is naturally antibacterial and often used for common skin conditions such as common skin fungi and athlete's foot fungus. It is naturally antiviral and a natural anti inflammatory agent.

Sesame oil is a powerful antioxidant, high in polyunsaturated fats and an excellent source of vitamin E and minerals. It is widely used in Asian cooking, for taste and flavour.
