Baldwins resident CPP (The College of Practitioners of Phytotherapy) herbalist Amanda Rew will be taking you on a tour of one of our local Green Flag

Awarded parks [Kennington Park] for a closer look at some helpful medicinal plants that grow all around us.

Amanda will take you though which medicinal herbs are growing right on your doorstep, what to use them for as well as when & how to harvest them.

Learn the surprising actions of some of our native plants and how to use them.

Taste some herbal infusions on the day and soak in the green space (whatever the weather!)

The walk will run from 12 - 2pm and we'll be meeting at Kennington Park flower garden.
