This is based on traditional use only. Always read the leaflet.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIngredients\u003cbr\u003e\n5ml of concentrate contains 1,140mg of extract (as tincture) of fresh Echinacea purpurea herb and 60mg of extract (as tincture) of fresh Echinacea purpurea root; and 1,383mg of elderberry juice concentrate.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDosage of Echinaforce® Hot Drink\u003cbr\u003e\nEchinaforce® Hot Drink should be diluted with hot water and made into a hot drink before use.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e1. Fill the 5ml measuring spoon provided with the product.\u003cbr\u003e\n2. Pour the contents of the spoon into a cup.\u003cbr\u003e\n3.
