Glucosamine sulphate and Chondroitin sulphate are partners in the process of cartilage regeneration, supporting joint flexibility and promoting healthy joints. This combination has been used together for joint health promotion in Europe for more than a decade. Glucosamine sulphate is a natural seafood extract derived from crab shell.
A building block of tissue, glucosamine helps the body manufacture substances necessary for healthy joints. Its potassium level helps support nerve and muscle health, as well as cell fluid balance. Chondroitin sulphate is a natural extract from beef cartilage, which supports healthy connective tissue.
Used in combination, glucosamine and chondroitin provide maximum support for healthy joints. Glucosamine stimulates the activity of specialised cells, called chondrocytes, which help promote healthy cartilage tissue; it attracts and holds water, supporting cartilage elasticity and fluidity. Glucosamine also provides the building blocks for the formation of glycosaminoglycans and proteoglycans – large water binding molecules that are important constituents for cartilage formation.
Chondroitin attracts fluid into web-like cartilage that covers the bone and joint, acting as shock absorption to surrounding bones. The pair has been shown to support anti-inflammatory activities and promote decreased pain.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it within 28 days, unopened and in its original condition, to our Freepost address (below). Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refundfor the item.
Alternatively, you may wish to exchange the item for another. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable.
Returning An Item
To return an item, please package in its original wrapping (if possible) and provide a note outlining your name, address, order number and reason for returning.

This service will generate a label that you can either print at home or take with you to the post office for them to print.
You will need your order number which is the 6 digit number sent out on your order dispatch email. (If you have any trouble finding this, do give us a call and we can happily find it for you).
Once orders are returned, we aim to process them within 72 hours and (if required) notify you by mail when we have processed your refund and ship any replacements out as soon as possible.
If your item is over 20 Kg or larger than the specified size (or too heavy for you to take to the post office) please call us and we can arrange collection with one of our courier partners.
