Liquid Castile Soap, a natural liquid soap base.
Castile soap can be traced in origin to the Levant.
Requires the simple addition of certified essential oils for fragrance, and can readily be thickened with salt.

A true liquid soap of Vegetable Oil origin- Surfactant Free
Has a natural translucent pale yellow colour.
Requires the addition of certified essential oils for fragrance.
Readily thickened by the addition of common salt (Sodium Chloride) if required.
The method that COSMOS uses to calculate the organic percentage of a cosmetic product has been revised. In the past the water content counted towards the Organic percentage, now only the ingredients certified as Organic are included in the calculation. Despite this product not having changed in any way, the formulation consists of more than 50% water resulting in the Organic percentage falling from 75.39% to 23%.

Express Delivery (UK)
- Express orders must be placed before 1pm on any weekday
- Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will be delivered by 1pm on the following Monday
- There must be someone available to sign for receive the package between 7am 1pm on the day of delivery

Returns
Here at Baldwins it is our policy to give 100% satisfaction. We do know however, that there may be the odd occasion when you wish to return items. Below you will find an outline of our returns policy.
28 Day No-Quibble Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it within 28 days, unopened and in its original condition, to our Freepost address (below). Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refundfor the item.
Alternatively, you may wish to exchange the item for another. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable.
Returning An Item
To return an item, please package in its original wrapping (if possible) and provide a note outlining your name, address, order number and reason for returning.
If your item is under 20 Kg and is smaller than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) then you can use our Free Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service by heading here and filling in the appropriate details:

This service will generate a label that you can either print at home or take with you to the post office for them to print.
You will need your order number which is the 6 digit number sent out on your order dispatch email. (If you have any trouble finding this, do give us a call and we can happily find it for you).
Once orders are returned, we aim to process them within 72 hours and (if required) notify you by mail when we have processed your refund and ship any replacements out as soon as possible.
If your item is over 20 Kg or larger than the specified size (or too heavy for you to take to the post office) please call us and we can arrange collection with one of our courier partners.
