Known to calm and sooth your skin and body, Vanilla Essential oil is often used in cosmetic products dues to its ability to regenerate, purify and moisturise your skin. Also reputed to have a stimulating effect on your nervous system, Vanilla’s numerous antiseptic, digestive and soothing properties make it the ideal addition to your collection. Use as part of a mask, bath or massage oil to replenish your skin and experience renewed vitality.
The Vanilla oil we sell is particularly fine quality and is incredibly viscous to work with. Whether blending with other oils or alcohols for perfumery this oil is a tricky one.
We recommend warming before attempting to use as it can be very hard to even get out of the bottle at colder temperatures.
Our Vanilla absolute can have a very small percentage of etyl alcohol in it left over from manufacturing. This in no way affects the fragrance or quality of this delicious oil.

Express Delivery (UK)
- Express orders must be placed before 1pm on any weekday
- Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will be delivered by 1pm on the following Monday
- There must be someone available to sign for receive the package between 7am 1pm on the day of delivery

Returns
Here at Baldwins it is our policy to give 100% satisfaction. We do know however, that there may be the odd occasion when you wish to return items. Below you will find an outline of our returns policy.
28 Day No-Quibble Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it within 28 days, unopened and in its original condition, to our Freepost address (below). Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refundfor the item.
Alternatively, you may wish to exchange the item for another. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable.
Returning An Item
To return an item, please package in its original wrapping (if possible) and provide a note outlining your name, address, order number and reason for returning.
If your item is under 20 Kg and is smaller than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) then you can use our Free Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service by heading here and filling in the appropriate details:

This service will generate a label that you can either print at home or take with you to the post office for them to print.
You will need your order number which is the 6 digit number sent out on your order dispatch email. (If you have any trouble finding this, do give us a call and we can happily find it for you).
Once orders are returned, we aim to process them within 72 hours and (if required) notify you by mail when we have processed your refund and ship any replacements out as soon as possible.
If your item is over 20 Kg or larger than the specified size (or too heavy for you to take to the post office) please call us and we can arrange collection with one of our courier partners.
