Managing Stress Naturally: A Herb Wellness Workshop 12th July 2026
We are happy to offer an in-store wellness workshop – ‘Managing Stress Naturally’.
It is a two-hour, hands-on herbal experience that brings together the restorative wisdom of plants, the power of breath, ancient principles for de-stressing (acupressure) and the warmth of community, all held right here in our historic Walworth Road home.
Whether you are navigating a busy season of life, looking for natural tools to support your mental and emotional wellbeing, or simply ready to invest an afternoon in yourself — this workshop is for you.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
Leave with practical skills, handmade remedies, and a deeper understanding of how to support your own nervous system, naturally.
• Grounding Breathwork & Mini Sound Relaxation
The session will begin with a calming breath-work practice and a gentle sound relaxation to settle your nervous system and bring you fully into the present moment. No experience needed — just a willingness to arrive and breathe.
• Ear Seeds (Acupressure: Point Location for Stress-Relief)
Discover the ancient practice of ‘auriculotherapy’; the use of small seeds placed on specific acupressure points on the ear to promote calm and relieve stress. You will locate the key points for stress relief and learn how to apply ear-seeds to carry the benefits with you long after the workshop ends.
• Aromatherapy: Essential Oil Blending
Explore the art of essential oil blending. You will learn how to combine specific oils for stress relief, and create your very own bespoke blend to take home - a personal remedy crafted entirely by you.
• De-Stress Herbal Tea Blends
Using Baldwins' exceptional selection of dried herbs and botanicals, you will make your own personalised tea bags, a soothing, practical ritual to support your daily wellbeing routine.

- Express orders must be placed before 1pm on any weekday
- Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will be delivered by 1pm on the following Monday
- There must be someone available to sign for receive the package between 7am 1pm on the day of delivery

Returns
Here at Baldwins it is our policy to give 100% satisfaction. We do know however, that there may be the odd occasion when you wish to return items. Below you will find an outline of our returns policy.
28 Day No-Quibble Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it within 28 days, unopened and in its original condition, to our Freepost address (below). Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refundfor the item.
Alternatively, you may wish to exchange the item for another. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable.
Returning An Item
To return an item, please package in its original wrapping (if possible) and provide a note outlining your name, address, order number and reason for returning.
If your item is under 20 Kg and is smaller than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) then you can use our Free Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service by heading here and filling in the appropriate details:

This service will generate a label that you can either print at home or take with you to the post office for them to print.
You will need your order number which is the 6 digit number sent out on your order dispatch email. (If you have any trouble finding this, do give us a call and we can happily find it for you).
Once orders are returned, we aim to process them within 72 hours and (if required) notify you by mail when we have processed your refund and ship any replacements out as soon as possible.
If your item is over 20 Kg or larger than the specified size (or too heavy for you to take to the post office) please call us and we can arrange collection with one of our courier partners.
