Guaraná is a creeping shrub native to the Amazon rainforest that produces clusters of small bright red fruit, the seed of which has been used by indigenous tribes for centuries to help to reduce mental fatigue, and to help maintain mental awareness.
It gains its energizing benefits from a number of actives that are found in the seed. These include caffeine and two other stimulants - theophylline and theobromine. These stimulants are found in a complex named Guaranine that provides gentle stimulation over a period of several hours, without the peaks and troughs in energy associated with many sources of caffeine.
Usage
Blend half a teaspoon (1-2g) of powder into fruit juice, water or your favourite smoothie and stir well. For best results, add just a little liquid (i.e. juice or water) to the required amount of powder and mix into a ‘paste’, then add this to the full volume of liquid.
Contains caffeine (4%). Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women.

Returns
Here at Baldwins it is our policy to give 100% satisfaction. We do know however, that there may be the odd occasion when you wish to return items. Below you will find an outline of our returns policy.
28 Day No-Quibble Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it within 28 days, unopened and in its original condition, to our Freepost address (below). Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refundfor the item.
Alternatively, you may wish to exchange the item for another. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable.
Returning An Item
To return an item, please package in its original wrapping (if possible) and provide a note outlining your name, address, order number and reason for returning.
If your item is under 20 Kg and is smaller than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) then you can use our Free Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service by heading here and filling in the appropriate details:

This service will generate a label that you can either print at home or take with you to the post office for them to print.
You will need your order number which is the 6 digit number sent out on your order dispatch email. (If you have any trouble finding this, do give us a call and we can happily find it for you).
Once orders are returned, we aim to process them within 72 hours and (if required) notify you by mail when we have processed your refund and ship any replacements out as soon as possible.
If your item is over 20 Kg or larger than the specified size (or too heavy for you to take to the post office) please call us and we can arrange collection with one of our courier partners.
