Volcanic Mineral Clinoptilolite
Volcanic Mineral Clinoptilolite looks somewhat like a cage or a honeycomb. This mineral is negatively charged and, therefore, able to attract toxins that are positively charged. As tiny particles of Clinoptilolite move through the body, toxins and dead cells get trapped by Clinoptilolite's unique structure and charge. Toxins are then escorted out and removed through the urine, along with the zeolite particle they are locked in.
Barley Grass and wheatgrass
Are considered a complete food because of its nutrient-rich profile. It contains beta carotene and vitamins B, C, E, H, K, 90 different minerals and 19 amino acids. Extremely alkalising and rich in essential vitamins and minerals, Wheat and Barley Grass are abundant sources of chlorophyll; this compound converts sunlight into energy within the plant. When chlorophyll is consumed, it releases a flow of oxygen into the bloodstream, detoxing the body of harmful toxins and impurities. In addition, it can bind to and flush out toxic chemicals and heavy metals.

- Express orders must be placed before 1pm on any weekday

Returns
Here at Baldwins it is our policy to give 100% satisfaction. We do know however, that there may be the odd occasion when you wish to return items. Below you will find an outline of our returns policy.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it within 28 days, unopened and in its original condition, to our Freepost address (below). Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refundfor the item.
Alternatively, you may wish to exchange the item for another. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable.
Returning An Item
To return an item, please package in its original wrapping (if possible) and provide a note outlining your name, address, order number and reason for returning.

This service will generate a label that you can either print at home or take with you to the post office for them to print.
You will need your order number which is the 6 digit number sent out on your order dispatch email. (If you have any trouble finding this, do give us a call and we can happily find it for you).
Once orders are returned, we aim to process them within 72 hours and (if required) notify you by mail when we have processed your refund and ship any replacements out as soon as possible.
If your item is over 20 Kg or larger than the specified size (or too heavy for you to take to the post office) please call us and we can arrange collection with one of our courier partners.
