Super small particles of 99.99% pure silver all below 10 nanometres--boy that’s tiny! By way of comparison one strand of hair is approximately 100,000 nanometres wide! This offers a distinct advantage over both colloidal and ionic silver products. Due to the incredibly small size a greater surface area per volume is achieved, which in simple terms allows for greater effect.
TERMINOLOGY: The term “nano” here refers only to size – a dimension which is so small it can be very difficult to conceive. For example, a single strand of hair is 100,000 nanometres wide! Whereas a small bacteria cell is about 400 nanometres in diameter. These examples should help you visualize how easy it is for a pure silver particle less than 10 nm in size can enter the smallest recesses and reversely can as well be excreted by the body with ease.
TECHNICAL: Nano Silver has a maximised positive (+) 60mv charge (most bacteria, virus and other microorganisms that cause trouble have a negative (-) charge; most beneficial bacteria carry a positive (+) charge) and is oxidised by light. To prevent oxidisation there is only one type of packaging that will do. A sophisticated hue of dark violet glass. This unique colour filters out all light except for infrared (IR) and Ultra-violet A (UVA). And the combination of these two protect the silver inside and keep it energised.

Pour the required amount into a glass, ceramic, or porcelain vessel. Do not use plastic or metal because the silver particles in the water will tend to coat to plastic or lose their *electrical charge. Apply as directed.
CARE: Does not need to be refrigerated. Does not need to be kept in the dark. Does not require to be diluted in any way. Does not, and should not be shaken or stirred.

Express Delivery (UK)
- Express orders must be placed before 1pm on any weekday
- Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will be delivered by 1pm on the following Monday
- There must be someone available to sign for receive the package between 7am 1pm on the day of delivery

Returns
Here at Baldwins it is our policy to give 100% satisfaction. We do know however, that there may be the odd occasion when you wish to return items. Below you will find an outline of our returns policy.
28 Day No-Quibble Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it within 28 days, unopened and in its original condition, to our Freepost address (below). Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refundfor the item.
Alternatively, you may wish to exchange the item for another. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable.
Returning An Item
To return an item, please package in its original wrapping (if possible) and provide a note outlining your name, address, order number and reason for returning.
If your item is under 20 Kg and is smaller than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) then you can use our Free Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service by heading here and filling in the appropriate details:

This service will generate a label that you can either print at home or take with you to the post office for them to print.
You will need your order number which is the 6 digit number sent out on your order dispatch email. (If you have any trouble finding this, do give us a call and we can happily find it for you).
Once orders are returned, we aim to process them within 72 hours and (if required) notify you by mail when we have processed your refund and ship any replacements out as soon as possible.
If your item is over 20 Kg or larger than the specified size (or too heavy for you to take to the post office) please call us and we can arrange collection with one of our courier partners.
