There’s no age limit on eco-amazingness! Kids love having their WooBamboo toothbrush because of the super soft bristles, fun colors, and small, ergonomic handle that fits perfectly in their hand (Or their parents’). It can be used by parents on freshly teethed toddlers and can also be handed off to children who are learning to do it “like a big kid”.
Like all WooBamboo brushes, these “Sprout” brushes tout a beautiful handle made from a single piece of carved, FSC Certified 100% Sustainably Harvested bamboo, containing no toxins, glues, or paints. They are sanded and sealed by hand using a Vegan soybean wax to ensure smoothness and longevity! This toothbrush is completely BPA and phthalate free. It features dental-grade super soft bristles that are also recyclable if your local facility accepts them.
About the Bamboo: Our toothbrushes are Moso bamboo, the world’s fastest growing varieties of bamboo. It’s naturally antimicrobial and stronger than most hardwoods (like Oak)! It also is not a part of the endangered Giant Panda’s diet - You can find them happily munching on Black, Water, and Arrow bamboos. So you can buy with a clean conscience!
About the Packaging: This 100% biodegradable box is plastic-free and ready to rock n’ roll, made of post-consumer recycled paper is coated in an eco-friendly aqueous coating that too, breaks down completely in nature leaving no toxic trace!

Orders under 25kg in weight are subject to the following shipping fees:

Express Delivery (UK)
- Express orders must be placed before 1pm on any weekday
- Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will be delivered by 1pm on the following Monday
- There must be someone available to sign for receive the package between 7am 1pm on the day of delivery

Returns
Here at Baldwins it is our policy to give 100% satisfaction. We do know however, that there may be the odd occasion when you wish to return items. Below you will find an outline of our returns policy.
28 Day No-Quibble Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it within 28 days, unopened and in its original condition, to our Freepost address (below). Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refundfor the item.
Alternatively, you may wish to exchange the item for another. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable.
Returning An Item
To return an item, please package in its original wrapping (if possible) and provide a note outlining your name, address, order number and reason for returning.
If your item is under 20 Kg and is smaller than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) then you can use our Free Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service by heading here and filling in the appropriate details:

This service will generate a label that you can either print at home or take with you to the post office for them to print.
You will need your order number which is the 6 digit number sent out on your order dispatch email. (If you have any trouble finding this, do give us a call and we can happily find it for you).
Once orders are returned, we aim to process them within 72 hours and (if required) notify you by mail when we have processed your refund and ship any replacements out as soon as possible.
If your item is over 20 Kg or larger than the specified size (or too heavy for you to take to the post office) please call us and we can arrange collection with one of our courier partners.
