Standard Delivery (UK)
- Standard deliveries are dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD courier.
- Free postage applies only to single, standard UK orders with goods of value £30 or over (inc VAT) and weighing no more than 25kg.
- Orders under £30 in value (and under 25kg) are charged £3.49 for standard delivery.
- Standard in-stock orders are guaranteed to be dispatched within three working days.

Express Delivery (UK)
- Express orders must be placed before 1pm for delivery the next working day.
- Someone must be available 7am–4pm on the delivery day to sign for goods.
- Express delivery is only available on the UK mainland and excludes the areas/postcodes below.
- Express delivery is subject to change on UK bank holidays (couriers don't treat these as working days) — orders will be delivered the next working day instead.

Weekend / holiday cutoffs
- Orders placed before 1pm Friday → delivered following Monday.
- Orders under 2kg placed Fri 1pm–Sat 9am → delivered Monday.
- Orders over 2kg placed Fri 1pm–Sat 9am → delivered Tuesday.
- Orders of any weight placed Sat 9am–Mon 1pm → delivered Tuesday.

International Delivery
- Parcels under 2kg: sent via best available Royal Mail service (Tracked & Signed, Tracked, or Signed).
- Parcels over 2kg: sent via DHL.

- Western Europe: 5–14 days from dispatch
- Rest of World: 7–21 days from dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only — actual arrival depends on postal/customs processing in the destination country. Baldwins has no control over customs delays.
EU and European Countries — IOSS
- IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) applies to all EU orders below €150 (approx. £120, excluding shipping).
- VAT is charged at the destination country's rate at checkout — no additional VAT or handling charge on arrival. The checkout price is the total cost.
- Orders under 2kg: Royal Mail International Track & Signed / Tracked.
- Orders over 2kg: DHL.
- Orders over €150: no VAT charged at checkout, but subject to tax + handling charge on arrival. Baldwins suggests splitting orders above €150 into two to save money.

Customs
- Customers should check with local customs before importing anything that may be stopped or charged.
- G Baldwin & Co is not liable for charges if an order is stopped, charged, or disposed of at customs in any country.
- International postage charges are not refunded for orders rejected by customs or refused by the recipient.
- Customers in Turkey, India, China, Russia, and South America should check with local customs, as these countries are particularly liable to charge import duty/taxes.
- Importation of herbs into Australia is prohibited.
PO Box Addresses
Baldwins cannot deliver any order over 2kg to a PO Box address — couriers do not deliver to them.
