Fresh herb tincture of Avena sativa for mild stress and anxiety.
AvenaCalm (Avena sativa) drops is a licensed herbal remedy which can be useful when you are facing mild stress or experiencing mild anxiety. It can also be used to help you sleep.
It is made from the green leafy parts of the oat plant (rather than the seeds or oat grain). Our herbs are organically grown and only freshly harvested plant material is used to produce this tincture.

What is AvenaCalm Avena sativa drops
AvenaCalm is a licensed herbal remedy.
Each ml of oral liquid contains 940mg of tincture from the pressed juice of fresh oat herb (Avena sativa L., herba rec.). Ethanol 51%V/V (43%m/m)
How to use
To relief symptoms of mild stress and anxiety:
Adults and the elderly (18 years and over):
25 to 30 drops twice daily
To aid sleep:
Adults and the elderly (18 years and over): 30 drops in a little water half an hour before bedtime.
Do not take more than 90 drops over a period of 24 hours.

None known. If side effects are experienced, see a doctor or qualified healthcare practitioner.
AvenaCalm may affect your ability to drive or use machines. If this happens, do not drive or operate machinery.
FAQ
1. How long will I need to take AvenaCalm before I see an effect?
This varies from individual to individual. If your symptoms of mild stress and anxiety do not improve within 4 weeks of taking AvenaCalm, you should see your doctor.
2. Who can’t take AvenaCalm?
AvenaCalm should not be used by those sensitive to, or unable to tolerate oats or oat preparations, as well as women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Here at Baldwins it is our policy to give 100% satisfaction. We do know however, that there may be the odd occasion when you wish to return items. Below you will find an outline of our returns policy.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it within 28 days, unopened and in its original condition, to our Freepost address (below). Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refundfor the item.
Alternatively, you may wish to exchange the item for another. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable.
Returning An Item
To return an item, please package in its original wrapping (if possible) and provide a note outlining your name, address, order number and reason for returning.

This service will generate a label that you can either print at home or take with you to the post office for them to print.
You will need your order number which is the 6 digit number sent out on your order dispatch email. (If you have any trouble finding this, do give us a call and we can happily find it for you).
Once orders are returned, we aim to process them within 72 hours and (if required) notify you by mail when we have processed your refund and ship any replacements out as soon as possible.
If your item is over 20 Kg or larger than the specified size (or too heavy for you to take to the post office) please call us and we can arrange collection with one of our courier partners.
