Flax seed oil capsules are a convenient and effective way for individuals to receive a plant source of the essential compounds found in fish oils.
Flax seed oil is nature’s richest source of ALA (Alpha-Linolenic Acid), an omega-3 fat, plus (LA Linoleic Acid) an omega-6 fat. Our Flax Seed Oil contains 550 mg of omega-3 fatty acids per daily dose and provides a plant source of EPA and DHA (essential compounds found in fatty fish) through the conversion of ALA. Our flax seed is grown in Canada where cooler temperatures produce more oil and a higher ALA content. The organic, unfiltered and unbleached flaxseed oil provides a pure and wholesome product and is cold-pressed and hexane-free.

Here at Baldwins it is our policy to give 100% satisfaction. We do know however, that there may be the odd occasion when you wish to return items. Below you will find an outline of our returns policy.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it within 28 days, unopened and in its original condition, to our Freepost address (below). Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refundfor the item.
Alternatively, you may wish to exchange the item for another. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable.
Returning An Item
To return an item, please package in its original wrapping (if possible) and provide a note outlining your name, address, order number and reason for returning.

This service will generate a label that you can either print at home or take with you to the post office for them to print.
You will need your order number which is the 6 digit number sent out on your order dispatch email. (If you have any trouble finding this, do give us a call and we can happily find it for you).
Once orders are returned, we aim to process them within 72 hours and (if required) notify you by mail when we have processed your refund and ship any replacements out as soon as possible.
If your item is over 20 Kg or larger than the specified size (or too heavy for you to take to the post office) please call us and we can arrange collection with one of our courier partners.
