Beta-carotene is not only an important antioxidant, it is also an excellent source of pro-vitamin A. Beta-carotene converts into vitamin A in the body. Even though vitamin A can be toxic at certain levels, the body only converts beta-carotene into vitamin A as needed, so there is no risk for toxicity of vitamin A when beta-carotene is the source. This makes beta-carotene the safest way to receive vitamin A through supplementation. Our Beta-Carotene product is 100% natural and contains other beneficial carotenoids that can be found in a variety of fruits and vegetables. At least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily is recommended to maintain adequate health, and 8-10 servings is recommended to help prevent against chronic disease. Most people are unable to consume the adequate amounts of fruits and vegetables, which is why many choose to take a daily supplements, such as our natural beta-carotene.

- Express orders must be placed before 1pm on any weekday
- Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will be delivered by 1pm on the following Monday

Returns
Here at Baldwins it is our policy to give 100% satisfaction. We do know however, that there may be the odd occasion when you wish to return items. Below you will find an outline of our returns policy.
28 Day No-Quibble Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it within 28 days, unopened and in its original condition, to our Freepost address (below). Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refundfor the item.
Alternatively, you may wish to exchange the item for another. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable.
Returning An Item
To return an item, please package in its original wrapping (if possible) and provide a note outlining your name, address, order number and reason for returning.
If your item is under 20 Kg and is smaller than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) then you can use our Free Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service by heading here and filling in the appropriate details:

This service will generate a label that you can either print at home or take with you to the post office for them to print.
You will need your order number which is the 6 digit number sent out on your order dispatch email. (If you have any trouble finding this, do give us a call and we can happily find it for you).
Once orders are returned, we aim to process them within 72 hours and (if required) notify you by mail when we have processed your refund and ship any replacements out as soon as possible.
If your item is over 20 Kg or larger than the specified size (or too heavy for you to take to the post office) please call us and we can arrange collection with one of our courier partners.
