Essential fatty acids (EFAs) are required on a daily basis for maintaining optimal health. While the typical diet provides plenty of fats, it generally does not provide the kind of fats required by the body to function optimally. Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids are both classes of fatty acids that are referred to as essential, because the body cannot make them on its own. By providing a supplement that already contains the appropriate balance of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, the body is able to support cellular, nerve, metabolic and cardiovascular systems in a more efficient manner.
Our product provides a comprehensive blend of EFAs from Flax seed oil, Borage oil and Fish Oil in one capsule. It also contains 10 IUs of Vitamin E, added to be a natural antioxidant for the fats. The fish oil is derived from fresh, cold water sources off the coast of South America and the flax and borage are grown in Canada, free of pesticides or herbicides.

- Express orders must be placed before 1pm on any weekday

Returns
Here at Baldwins it is our policy to give 100% satisfaction. We do know however, that there may be the odd occasion when you wish to return items. Below you will find an outline of our returns policy.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it within 28 days, unopened and in its original condition, to our Freepost address (below). Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refundfor the item.
Alternatively, you may wish to exchange the item for another. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable.
Returning An Item
To return an item, please package in its original wrapping (if possible) and provide a note outlining your name, address, order number and reason for returning.
If your item is under 20 Kg and is smaller than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) then you can use our Free Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service by heading here and filling in the appropriate details:

This service will generate a label that you can either print at home or take with you to the post office for them to print.
You will need your order number which is the 6 digit number sent out on your order dispatch email. (If you have any trouble finding this, do give us a call and we can happily find it for you).
Once orders are returned, we aim to process them within 72 hours and (if required) notify you by mail when we have processed your refund and ship any replacements out as soon as possible.
If your item is over 20 Kg or larger than the specified size (or too heavy for you to take to the post office) please call us and we can arrange collection with one of our courier partners.
