The result of our ongoing research in the field of otolaryngology, Otosan® Nasal Spray Baby is a nasal decongestant made with ingredients of plant origin, with a gentle formula that makes this product suitable for children.

Otosan® Nasal Spray Baby is a solution containing sea water from Brittany with 1.1% concentration (hypertonic solution), enriched with ingredients of plant origin, such as organic Aloe Vera gel, organic Orange essential oil, Copper gluconate and Carboxymethyl Betaglucan.
Since it is free from vasoconstrictors and propellant gases, Otosan® Nasal Spray Baby is also ideal for prolonged use as an adjuvant treatment in case of:
seasonal colds or colds caused by allergies;
sinusitis and nasal congestion;
dryness and irritation of the mucous membrane.
Otosan® Nasal Spray Baby acts locally by freeing the nose from excess mucus, thus helping to reduce nasal congestion and inflammation. Otosan® Nasal Spray Baby hydrates and protects the irritated mucous membrane, providing quick relief.
Moreover, its mucus-adhesive formula allows the product to be released gradually, so that it only needs to be sprayed once in each nostril.
The thin, anatomical shape of the spray allows fan-like spraying, especially designed for children.
Otosan® Nasal Spray Baby combines the cleansing and softening properties of a solution containing sea water from Brittany with:
organic Aloe Vera gel,
organic Orange essential oil,
Copper gluconate,
Carboxymethyl Betaglucan, derived from betaglucan, which is extracted from the cell wall of yeasts and fungi.
1. How often should it be used?
Due to the absence of vasoconstrictors and thanks to its formula containing plant extracts and essential oils from organic plants, Otosan® Nasal Spray Baby can also be used frequently, according to individual needs.
2. For which symptoms is it recommended?
It is recommended as an adjuvant treatment to free a blocked nose in the presence of sinusitis and inflammation, such as different types of colds, rhinitis and dryness of the mucous membranes. Otosan® Nasal Spray Baby hydrates and protects the irritated mucous membrane of the nose.
3. Does it have any side effects?
Since it is free from vasoconstrictors and made with plant extracts and essential oils from organic plants, Otosan® Nasal Spray Baby is suitable for children. Before use, please read the instruction leaflet carefully.

- Express orders must be placed before 1pm on any weekday
- Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will be delivered by 1pm on the following Monday
- There must be someone available to sign for receive the package between 7am 1pm on the day of delivery

Returns
Here at Baldwins it is our policy to give 100% satisfaction. We do know however, that there may be the odd occasion when you wish to return items. Below you will find an outline of our returns policy.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it within 28 days, unopened and in its original condition, to our Freepost address (below). Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refundfor the item.
Alternatively, you may wish to exchange the item for another. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable.
Returning An Item
To return an item, please package in its original wrapping (if possible) and provide a note outlining your name, address, order number and reason for returning.
If your item is under 20 Kg and is smaller than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) then you can use our Free Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service by heading here and filling in the appropriate details:

This service will generate a label that you can either print at home or take with you to the post office for them to print.
You will need your order number which is the 6 digit number sent out on your order dispatch email. (If you have any trouble finding this, do give us a call and we can happily find it for you).
Once orders are returned, we aim to process them within 72 hours and (if required) notify you by mail when we have processed your refund and ship any replacements out as soon as possible.
If your item is over 20 Kg or larger than the specified size (or too heavy for you to take to the post office) please call us and we can arrange collection with one of our courier partners.
