Epsom Salts (magnesium sulphate) derive their name from a salty spring in Epsom, Surrey. Power Health Epsom Salts are suitable to take as a food supplement and are used to treat constipation. The main ingredient, magnesium sulphate is a laxative. It works by drawing water into the bowel which softens stools and makes them easier to pass. Power Health Epsom Salts are suitable to use externally. When Magnesium Sulphate is absorbed through the skin, such as in a bath, it draws toxins from the body, sedates the nervous system, reduces swelling and relaxes muscles.

As a Food Supplement: Recommended for adults. Take up to 3g dissolved in a cup (250ml) of warm water, once a day.
As Bath Salts: Dissolve 2 cups of Epsom Salts in a bath of warm water to relieve muscle aches and pains.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Store in a cool dry place out of sight and reach of children.

Returns
Here at Baldwins it is our policy to give 100% satisfaction. We do know however, that there may be the odd occasion when you wish to return items. Below you will find an outline of our returns policy.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it within 28 days, unopened and in its original condition, to our Freepost address (below). Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refundfor the item.
Alternatively, you may wish to exchange the item for another. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable.
Returning An Item
To return an item, please package in its original wrapping (if possible) and provide a note outlining your name, address, order number and reason for returning.
If your item is under 20 Kg and is smaller than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) then you can use our Free Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service by heading here and filling in the appropriate details:

This service will generate a label that you can either print at home or take with you to the post office for them to print.
You will need your order number which is the 6 digit number sent out on your order dispatch email. (If you have any trouble finding this, do give us a call and we can happily find it for you).
Once orders are returned, we aim to process them within 72 hours and (if required) notify you by mail when we have processed your refund and ship any replacements out as soon as possible.
If your item is over 20 Kg or larger than the specified size (or too heavy for you to take to the post office) please call us and we can arrange collection with one of our courier partners.
