Suma (Pfaffia paniculata) is a lush green flowering vine with a deep and intricate root system. It has been known to the indigenous peoples of the Amazon for thousands of years, mainly in the Matto Grosso area of central Brazil. In South America its common name is 'Para toda' which translates as 'for all things', and is also known as 'Brazilian ginseng' for its similarity to Asiatic ginsengs (although it is not related).
Suma naturally contains a wide range of nutrients including essential vitamins, minerals, amino acids and trace elements. Researchers have identified over 150 chemical constituents in the root, including 19 amino acids, electrolytic and trace minerals such as iron, magnesium, cobalt, silica and zinc, as well as vitamins A, B-1, B-2, E, K and pantothenic acid. It also contains high levels of the trace element germanium, a powerful natural antioxidant, and plant saponins.

Usage
2-4 capsules per day before food. Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dosage.

Caution: Suma naturally contains phyto-oestrogens.
Keep out of the reach of children. Not recommended for use during pregnancy.

Here at Baldwins it is our policy to give 100% satisfaction. We do know however, that there may be the odd occasion when you wish to return items. Below you will find an outline of our returns policy.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it within 28 days, unopened and in its original condition, to our Freepost address (below). Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refundfor the item.
Alternatively, you may wish to exchange the item for another. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable.
Returning An Item
To return an item, please package in its original wrapping (if possible) and provide a note outlining your name, address, order number and reason for returning.

This service will generate a label that you can either print at home or take with you to the post office for them to print.
You will need your order number which is the 6 digit number sent out on your order dispatch email. (If you have any trouble finding this, do give us a call and we can happily find it for you).
Once orders are returned, we aim to process them within 72 hours and (if required) notify you by mail when we have processed your refund and ship any replacements out as soon as possible.
If your item is over 20 Kg or larger than the specified size (or too heavy for you to take to the post office) please call us and we can arrange collection with one of our courier partners.
