Unfortunately, as we are now also all finding out, washing our hands regularly dries them out quite badly. On top of that, when suffering from already dry hands, using products like hand sanitisers or synthetic-based hand washes can really challenge the skin further. Our loyal customers have for years now used our Bioskin Zeoderm Skin Repair Moisturiser to support their hands.
Zeoderm cream contains many natural ingredients that can help relieve itchiness and soothe any irritation. Ingredients such as Jojoba Oil and Linseed oil are two powerhouse ingredients gifted from nature that can make a dramatically positive difference when battling challenged skin. The one ingredient, however, that stands out the most for us and what makes Zeoderm so unique, is the volcanic mineral Zeolite (yes, that is where Zeoderm gets its name from!).
Directions for use:
1. Apply at least 3-4 times a day initially onto the affected areas.
2. Reduce this application frequency as the symptoms subside.
3. When skin has returned to relative normality, continue using the product to top the skin up with Zeoderm's vital nutrients at least 2-3 times per week. This should keep the symptoms controlled.
4. Suitable for applying to the face, but be careful around the eyes and other sensitive areas. A tingling sensation may be experienced at first but this should subside quickly - it means the product is working!
We advise to use our Zeoderm in conjunction with Bioskin Dermaspray Intensive for more severe cases or dry and allergy-prone skin. Apply Zeoderm shortly AFTER the Spray liquid has sunk into the skin.

Express Delivery (UK)
- Express orders must be placed before 1pm on any weekday
- Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will be delivered by 1pm on the following Monday
- There must be someone available to sign for receive the package between 7am 1pm on the day of delivery

Returns
Here at Baldwins it is our policy to give 100% satisfaction. We do know however, that there may be the odd occasion when you wish to return items. Below you will find an outline of our returns policy.
28 Day No-Quibble Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it within 28 days, unopened and in its original condition, to our Freepost address (below). Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refundfor the item.
Alternatively, you may wish to exchange the item for another. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable.
Returning An Item
To return an item, please package in its original wrapping (if possible) and provide a note outlining your name, address, order number and reason for returning.
If your item is under 20 Kg and is smaller than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) then you can use our Free Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service by heading here and filling in the appropriate details:

This service will generate a label that you can either print at home or take with you to the post office for them to print.
You will need your order number which is the 6 digit number sent out on your order dispatch email. (If you have any trouble finding this, do give us a call and we can happily find it for you).
Once orders are returned, we aim to process them within 72 hours and (if required) notify you by mail when we have processed your refund and ship any replacements out as soon as possible.
If your item is over 20 Kg or larger than the specified size (or too heavy for you to take to the post office) please call us and we can arrange collection with one of our courier partners.
