ZINC OXIDE will protect your skin absorbing UVA & UVB rays.
SWEET ALMOND OIL will nourish and hydrate your skin.
ALOE VERA is the ultimate natural moisturizer.
SUNFLOWER SEED OIL is antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial.
COCONUT OIL anti-inflammatory and protective.
CALENDULA anti-inflammatory and soothing. Works well as a sunscreen enhancement.
SILICA is a naturally occurring mineral. They can be used to coat zinc particles so that they spread easily and evenly across the skin.
CANDELILLA WAX comes from a small desert shrub called Euphorbia cerifera. It softens and soothes the skin, while at the same time helping to bind ingredients together in cosmetic formulations.
ORYZANOL rice ban oil extract is a mixture of lipids derived from rice, used for its antioxidant properties.
TOCOPHEROL is a form of vitamin E that comes from vegetable oils. It works as both an antioxidant and skin conditioner. It also has anti-inflammatory properties.
CETYL PALMITATE It is an ester that is used as both thickener and emollient (conditions the skin's surface). It is 100 % vegetable origin.
LECITHIN extracted from sunflower oil, Lecithin is a natural component of skin cell membranes. It helps skin hydration and elasticity.
CITRIC ACID is a natural antioxidant, used to balance the pH of cosmetics.
CAPRILIC TRIGLYCERIDES are produced by the esterification of glycerol (plant sugars) with mixtures of capric fatty acids from coconut oil. They give the skin a silky feel (rather than greasy), especially in formulations that are waterless.

Express Delivery (UK)
- Express orders must be placed before 1pm on any weekday
- Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will be delivered by 1pm on the following Monday
- There must be someone available to sign for receive the package between 7am 1pm on the day of delivery

Returns
Here at Baldwins it is our policy to give 100% satisfaction. We do know however, that there may be the odd occasion when you wish to return items. Below you will find an outline of our returns policy.
28 Day No-Quibble Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it within 28 days, unopened and in its original condition, to our Freepost address (below). Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refundfor the item.
Alternatively, you may wish to exchange the item for another. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable.
Returning An Item
To return an item, please package in its original wrapping (if possible) and provide a note outlining your name, address, order number and reason for returning.
If your item is under 20 Kg and is smaller than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) then you can use our Free Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service by heading here and filling in the appropriate details:

This service will generate a label that you can either print at home or take with you to the post office for them to print.
You will need your order number which is the 6 digit number sent out on your order dispatch email. (If you have any trouble finding this, do give us a call and we can happily find it for you).
Once orders are returned, we aim to process them within 72 hours and (if required) notify you by mail when we have processed your refund and ship any replacements out as soon as possible.
If your item is over 20 Kg or larger than the specified size (or too heavy for you to take to the post office) please call us and we can arrange collection with one of our courier partners.
