Prepare beforehand by turning off your smartphone, computer, laptop and modem. Light some candles instead of the electric light.
Drink plenty of water during or after the bath to replace the water you will sweat out. You might also want to try dry skin brushing before your bath or shower to assist with circulation. Fill a bath tub to a standard bathing depth with hot water. For an optimal result, we recommend using the whole bag of Wave Cleanse.
Keep as much of the body submerged as possible for twenty to forty minutes for the best results. When your bath is complete, drain the tub and take a short shower to wash off the clay, salt. Clean the tub to eliminate any residual pollutants thoroughly. Only one person should use the bath before the tub is drained and cleaned.
After bathing, we highly recommend you to take a rest that will allow a reconnection with yourself.
You can use EMF Wave Cleanse Bath as a body scrub by adding oil of your choice or as a stimulating footbath.

Superfine Green Montmorillonite, This type of clay is spectacular due to its ability to produce an electrical charge when hydrated. Upon contact with fluid, its electrical components change, giving it a strong negative charge which then bonds to the positive charge in many toxins giving it a grounding effect. Epsom Salt, We use the purest, naturally mined source of Epsom Salts.
Epsom Salts or Magnesium Sulphate increases the potency of the Zeolite and Green Clay. It is well known for its benefits in stimulating lymph drainage and drawing toxins out through the pores by osmosis.

- Express orders must be placed before 1pm on any weekday
- Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will be delivered by 1pm on the following Monday
- There must be someone available to sign for receive the package between 7am 1pm on the day of delivery

Returns
Here at Baldwins it is our policy to give 100% satisfaction. We do know however, that there may be the odd occasion when you wish to return items. Below you will find an outline of our returns policy.
28 Day No-Quibble Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it within 28 days, unopened and in its original condition, to our Freepost address (below). Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refundfor the item.
Alternatively, you may wish to exchange the item for another. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable.
Returning An Item
To return an item, please package in its original wrapping (if possible) and provide a note outlining your name, address, order number and reason for returning.
If your item is under 20 Kg and is smaller than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) then you can use our Free Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service by heading here and filling in the appropriate details:

This service will generate a label that you can either print at home or take with you to the post office for them to print.
You will need your order number which is the 6 digit number sent out on your order dispatch email. (If you have any trouble finding this, do give us a call and we can happily find it for you).
Once orders are returned, we aim to process them within 72 hours and (if required) notify you by mail when we have processed your refund and ship any replacements out as soon as possible.
If your item is over 20 Kg or larger than the specified size (or too heavy for you to take to the post office) please call us and we can arrange collection with one of our courier partners.
