Vecon is a nutritious and versatile, gluten free vegetable stock with vitamins and iron.
It is recommended as stock for green recipes in Slimming Worlds red/green diet.
Vecon vegetable stock is a smooth concentrated paste made from a unique blend of vegetables, yeast extract and hydrolysed protein. It makes a delicious stock or drink, plus vecon has a high nutritional value with added iron and vitamins.
Serving Suggestion
Some ideas for using Vecon other than just a stock or casserole base:
Add vecon instead of salt to savoury pastry mix (1 tsp to 225g flour).
Add vecon to the crumble mixture for a tasty savoury crumble
Add a tspn of Vecon to water when cooking rice.
Add a tspn of Vecon to stir fries, or any savoury casserole.
For a delicious savoury drink put a tspn of Vecon in a mug and pour on boiling water. Only 7 calories a cup!
Usage
Vecon is delicious as a stock or casserole base and can even make a nutrional scrummy drink. Just add a teaspoon to a mug of hot water and stir.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it within 28 days, unopened and in its original condition, to our Freepost address (below). Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refundfor the item.
Alternatively, you may wish to exchange the item for another. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable.
Returning An Item
To return an item, please package in its original wrapping (if possible) and provide a note outlining your name, address, order number and reason for returning.
If your item is under 20 Kg and is smaller than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) then you can use our Free Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service by heading here and filling in the appropriate details:

This service will generate a label that you can either print at home or take with you to the post office for them to print.
You will need your order number which is the 6 digit number sent out on your order dispatch email. (If you have any trouble finding this, do give us a call and we can happily find it for you).
Once orders are returned, we aim to process them within 72 hours and (if required) notify you by mail when we have processed your refund and ship any replacements out as soon as possible.
If your item is over 20 Kg or larger than the specified size (or too heavy for you to take to the post office) please call us and we can arrange collection with one of our courier partners.
