1. Boil a kettle, and pour into a mug or cup

2. Add one teaspoon each of Baldwins Angelica Herb, Baldwin’s Eyebright and Baldwins Organic Yarrow

3. Allow to brew and cool for 10-15 minutes

4. Add honey or sweetener to taste

5. Drink two cups every day for relief from congestion

Angelica herb, which grows wild throughout Northern Europe, is a powerful decongestant and a vital ingredient in the production of absinthe. Its anti-inflammatory properties are shared and boosted by the inclusion of yarrow and eyebright – both herbs which help stimulate the bronchial secretions needed to loosen stubborn mucous.
