Baldwins Remedy Creator - Citrus Electrolyte Drink

Let’s face it, nobody has time for fatigue.

It’s one of those annoying things which can come out of nowhere and take over your life. Fatigue can happen for a number of reasons, one of which can be a lack of electrolytes in the body.

These electrolytes are important little things which maintain nerve and muscle functions, fluid balance and regulate body PH.

When you run low on electrolytes, you can often experience muscle weakness and your brain and body can suffer from fatigue.

But don’t worry, to tackle electrolyte depletion there’s a nifty little homemade recipe which you can use to give yourself a boost.

Ingredients:

120ml Lime Juice

60ml Lemon Juice

480ml Water

2 Tablespoon Organic Tropical Forest Honey

¼ Teaspoon Baldwins Sea Salt

Instructions:

1. Add the sea salt to the water and stir well

2. Mix in the honey, lime and lemon juice and stir well

3. Once everything is mixed, drink immediately
