Mullein (pronounced muh-len) is the Mike Tyson of clearing mucus. So when you feel like your symptoms have you on the ropes and just won’t quit, it’s time to call in reinforcements.
Mullein’s combination of antiviral and antibacterial properties makes this little herb a feared opponent to any mucus invaders coming to take over your airways.
Mixing it together with Baldwins Lemon Thyme and Valerian Root gives it an extra kick to help soothe and repair your sore throat.
Ingredients:
2 tsp. Baldwins Mullein
2 tsp. Baldwins Lemon Thyme Herb
2 tsp. Baldwins Valerian Root
Instructions:
1. Mix the Baldwins Mullenin, Lemon Thyme Herb and Valerian Root together in a pot of boiling water
2. Leave to infuse for ten minutes
3. Strain, drink and enjoy
