It's probably fair to say that nobody wants to suffer from inflammation - it’s a nuisance and can have a big impact on your day-to-day life. And not everybody wants to take tablets choc-full of chemicals to help with it.
Sandalwood is a natural alternative which has anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic properties, with the ability to help reduce pain as well. It’s one of the most expensive essential oils since the oil is obtained from the heartwood of the Sandalwood tree (Santalum Album), which should be at least 50 years or older to provide the best quality oil.
Ingredients:
3 drops Baldwins Sandalwood Essential Oil, 3 drops Baldwins Lavender Essential Oil
Instructions:
1. Put three drops of Baldwins Lavender Oil and Sandalwood Oil into a cup of water.
2. Apply on the affected area once daily.
