Baldwins Remedy Creator - Teas for Colds - Elderflower & Peppermint

Ingredients:

1 tsp. Elderflower,

1 tsp. Peppermint,

1 pinch Cayenne Powder

1. Boil a kettle. Add one teaspoon each of Baldwins Elderflower and Baldwins Organic Peppermint Herb to the water

2. Introduce a pinch of Baldwins Cayenne Powder

3. Stir well and allow to infuse for 5-15 minutes, depending on taste
