A delicious herbal tea formulated by herbalists to calm the mind and relax, supporting a restful night's sleep.
This delicate blend of German Chamomile, Passionflower, Rose petals, Lemon balm and Valerian root have been combined to soothe you to a blissful sleep.
Directions:
Infuse 2 tsp in a large teapot of boiling water. Allow to steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain and add honey or lemon to taste.
Ingredients:
Matricaria recutita (German Chamomile Flowers), Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower), Rosa spp. (Rose Petals), Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm), Valeriana officinalis radix (Valerian Root), Humulus lupulus (Hops Strobile). May contain traces of: Celery, Tree nuts and cereals containing gluten.
