Shiitake is a widely appreciated culinary mushroom, valued for its rich umami flavour. Naturally growing on hardwood trees, it is now cultivated primarily on sawdust-based substrates. Beyond its culinary significance, Shiitake is also the source of lentinan, a well studied beta-glucan polysaccharide.

Now produced using 50% high-concentration hot water extract (6-7:1) & 50% full-spectrum hot-water extract both from fruiting body providing a naturally higher level of beta-glucans and dietary fibre derived from the mushroom itself.

This updated formula follows a balanced, natural extraction philosophy, respecting the inherent harmony of the mushroom’s active compounds rather than isolating or exaggerating individual ingredients.
