Fairtrade Organic sun dried pineapple is made from Smooth Cayenne pineapples. Once fully ripe, the pineapples are hand-sliced and dried in specially designed solar driers.
They are organic and 100% free from all additives and preservatives. The flavour is sweet and zingy.
30g of sun dried pineapple makes up one of your 5 a day portions of fruit, and is a source of fibre.
A great addition to healthy lunchboxes, and to take walking or camping. Because it is sun dried at temperatures lower than 42C, sun dried pineapple is suitable for a raw food diet.
