Cayenne Pepper is placed between 30,000 and 50,000 scoville heat units on the Scoville scale. That's hotter than a jalepeno, but not quite as hot as a bird's eye chilli!

Within tropical countries, Cayenne is introduced to dishes to reduce the risk of infection manifesting in the gut.

Enhances digestion by stimulating digestive enzymes required to break down our foods.
