Doves Farm Organic Wholemeal Einkorn Flour is stoneground to retain the goodness of the whole grain. The result is a rustic flour with a rich, earthy flavour and naturally high fibre content. Einkorn dough is softer than modern wheat, making it best suited to lightly handled bakes. Ideal for pizza bases, flatbreads, digestives and rustic biscuits.
