Each of its thick spiny leaves is filled with a clear gel that has been used for thousands of years by many civilisations as it is rich in amino acids, minerals, vitamins and trace elements, and despite it having been used by generations of herbalists, has only recently achieved worldwide recognition. Manuka Honey, with its unmistakably rich and aromatic flavour, has been used for many years to help promote wellbeing and a healthy lifestyle. Directions

Adults and Children over 12 years: : Take 25ml daily on an empty stomach.If required 25ml can be taken twice daily, morning and night on an empty stomach.

Children 6-12 years: Take up to 25ml daily.
