Dee qualified as a Medical Herbalist in 1988, and with the support of the late Jan de Vries, took over Napiers, the traditional Edinburgh Herbal Brand established on the same site in 1860.

Having built the brand establishing shops and clinics, Dee stepped down in 2012 to concentrate on her clinical practice and practitioner lead traditional product range.
